"A phantom platform is something that can be pursued, when it is uncertain what it is exactly that one is moving towards. A phantom platform is an instrument and a method, that helps one exit the postmodern impermanence and the accelerating art-industrial paradigm that is subjected to late-capitalist logic.

A phantom platform is a secret agenda – indeterminable, yet instrumental idea, that every artist strives for. A phantom platform is also the positively charged meta-space, towards which we can pro- ject our immediate future,"

writes Andres Lõo – a musician, a visionary and a curator. "Phantom Platform" is his program, manifesto and instrument.

The book includes the cases of experimental and creative activities performed by Lõo and in-depth interviews with art critic Hanno Soans and essays by Kiwa, Soans and Lõo himself. The book is in english and estonian, editor of the book is Hanno Soans, designer Tuuli Aule.
